My entrepreneurial spirit shines through my freelance work, where I provide bespoke private dining experiences and retreats, fostering creativity in food preparation. As a passionate advocate for food quality and safety, my background in healthcare has also given me experience of working long hours in high pressure environments, nutritional awareness, knowledge of special diets and the ability to shine both back and front of house.

I’m on a mission to help everyone get creative, making, baking, cooking, dicing, slicing and enjoying the creative process of cooking and eating great, affordable, delicious and scrumptious food and fun in the process. Classes are suitable for children or adults, individuals, groups, couples or the whole family.

I work with companies seeking exceptional food photography for new product launches. Traveling across the country, I bring culinary creations to life, showcasing innovative product lines and demonstrating how chefs can utilise them effectively.Whether at trade shows or exclusive events, I engage with customers and fellow chefs, presenting vibrant dishes that highlight the unique features of each product. My video presentations and engaging cooking demonstrations capture attention, while my written content explores food trends, industry insights, and the creative applications of product use.
